Free Standard Delivery in UK Mainland on Orders £499+  

Order today using our Standard delivery for 4m and 5m grass to have yours delivered in time for Christmas. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
    Delivery time for coloured artificial grass and putting grass is up to 10 - 20 working days.
      Standard delivery for orders under £499 is £19.99 (inc VAT).
          *£5 - £20 may be added to the cost for hard-to-reach postcodes.

            Delivery cost can vary depending on your postcode area, item size, weight, and order value. This will be automatically calculated at checkout.

            Unfortunately, due to the complexity of delivering long rolls of grass, we cannot service all areas. If your order has items weighing more than 85kg individually and your postcode is in a location we cannot deliver to, the website will not allow you to complete your purchase. However, if there is an alternative postcode you can receive delivery from, please get in touch.

             

            Important Delivery Information

            • After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number, which you should use as reference in any correspondence.
            • When placing your order, please ensure that you provide an up-to-date mobile number and email address. Failure to provide correct information will prevent us from contacting you regarding your order.
            • Delivery times for orders are between 6am - Midnight. In rare instances, the courier may contact you in advance if they are unable to deliver within this window.
            • The majority of deliveries will take place Monday – Friday, but a weekend date may be offered on occasion. Specific weekend delivery cannot be requested.
            • You will receive a text message and/or email from our couriers approximately one day prior to delivery, offering you a three hour delivery window. You must accept or decline the window. If declined, you will be offered another delivery window within the next 72 hours.
            • Failure to respond to the delivery window offered will mean your order will not be delivered, and another window will be offered at a later date.
            • If you accept a delivery window, you must be present at the delivery address. Failure to attend may result in a redelivery charge. Redelivery charges are individually calculated, based on factors such as delivery address and order weight. 
            • Where access is possible, our delivery drivers may deliver your goods to your garden. Where access is not possible, they will provide a kerbside delivery service. It is important that someone is at property at the time of delivery to accept the goods. Any access issues that may prevent delivery must be reported immediately. The decision of garden delivery is solely at the discretion of the delivery drivers and we are not able to influence this.
            • If you live in an apartment block where lift access is not possible, or if your order will not fit in a lift, our delivery drivers will climb a maximum of two flights of stairs towards your property, subject to access issues.
            • Under no circumstances will the drivers bend any goods, or take the goods through your property.
            • For any grass cuts 24sqm or above, the delivery drivers will require assistance to deliver the goods. 
            • If you need to change your delivery date after it has been confirmed, please let us know as soon as possible. Requested delivery changes within 72 hours of the assigned delivery date may incur a small charge.

             

            Additional Order Verification

            In rare instances, if:

                A.) Our system flags an order as potentially fraudulent

                B.) The shipping address is different to the billing address 

              We will email you to ask for proof of address and identification. The delivery times stated above will apply from the time we have received the requested information.

               

              Delivery Charges

              • Wherever possible, we endeavour to deliver your grass in one cut. For example, if you order an 8x4 and 4x4, this will be delivered as a 12x4 which you or your fitter can cut to size.
              • We’re more than happy to deliver as more than one cut if preferred, subject to a cutting surcharge of £40 per cut.
              • Our aim is to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If your product isn’t perfect upon arrival, or you’re unhappy with any part of the delivery, please let us know right away.
                • Larger loads may have a surplus charge added. We’ll let you know if this applies to your order when contacting you about delivery.

                How long will my order take to be delivered?

                Can I choose/change my delivery date?

                We’ll always confirm your delivery date to you, but if you’d like to change it for a time that’s more convenient, please get in touch.

                Can I change my delivery address?

                Please let us know if you need to change anything to do with your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

                For orders placed through DivideBuy or other finance providers, we are unable to amend details once your order has been processed.

                Do you deliver outside of the UK?

                We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK mainland. Orders placed outside of mainland UK may incur an additional surcharge. See above for an updated list of delivery areas.

                Do you charge a delivery fee?

                We don't charge a delivery fee for mainland UK orders placed over £199. Orders under £15, as well as orders in certain areas (eg. those in the Channel Islands) will have an additional surchage added. We'll let you know how much this will cost when you order.

                Standard delivery for orders under £199 is £19.99 (inc. VAT).

                Can I collect my artificial grass in person?

                It may be possible for you to collect your order from our Liverpool store if you live locally. Get in touch with our team for further information.

                Can you deliver to my address if no one is at home?

                We can leave your grass order in a secure location, if agreed and advised in advance with our delivery team. Please understand that we won't be responsible if anything happens to your order once delivered to your address, if no one is there to sign for it.
